I've already been several thousand dollars and loans for these projects, and I found that it would be easier to REFUND for those who got JACKALOPE or JERSEY DEVIL

GLORPS WILL BE MADE

The company i worked with used to do any quantity, but now due to rising costs have changed that and raised other aspects too during this whole pre-post campaign. This has been frustrating and behind the scenes hasn't been much better.

We usually do well at cons where that cost would be a chunk, but we would recover it at the next event. But this year its been further from our usual truth. Shows have done bad after bad after worse, but then the good shows would take the hit from the bad ones leaving us with nothing or negatives in return. We have 4 active loans due to these plush campaigns. Due to Sickness I personally had to miss 2 events with guarantee of doing well due to its very low costs and its a niche convention where we have made consistently enough to deem it worth it and over the black.

With these events not going well, the money for shipping had to be put into the production items. That means fulfillment has been so slow that we dont have enough to make batch shippings unless Etsy/Shop sales do well enough.

JellyPaws is on track (enamel pins mini) but their costs risen as well.

Whats going to happen: 

A lot of the communication to our factory has been weeks to months for an response and its been hard to endure for this situation. I know we got things settled out for future orders NOW but with them not telling me changes to policies, not shipping samples, and multitude of other issues (color picking for one) Its a really HARD learning experience. We did plush with them before and it was practically perfect and the cost was really fair and in-between productions so I thought this would be worth it.. I'm not sure if I'll continue with this production partner or return possibly to those who made Baja V1 & Token (Gator) and just communicate from there. 


This will be cross-posted as it affects both campaigns, I need to get stickers on my end and I'll have enough to do it right now.

I was really sick and had to cancel several events, so sorry about any delays there
We should have everything on hand though there's a chance that I may need to re-order because its in a disaster of an office right now. (I can barely move my chair atm!)

But after a bit of long hours and barely anytime off, I've talked with my partner (who helps me ship out these campaigns) and our goal is Wednesday  to start fulfillment (finally no joke) so your addresses will be LOCKED in the next 24 hours FOR REAL!

I'm sorry this was such a struggle of a campaign I'm really upset at myself that this is several thousand over budget, I was too ambitious seeing everyone have a bajillion rewards.. I thought I had to have that too and I deeply apologize for my newbie mistake on this campaign.. This one was a huge lesson and if you seen the paw campaign It was much smaller in rewards.. I think for the future I'll limited rewards or just unlockable at the end so there's no pressure for having every single milestone having a huge investment

We will be focusing on US orders first then international orders, just with how complex international laws and the US laws have been we will look closely into properly shipping so it doesn't get returned or destroyed somehow
LIGHT GREEN GLORPS WILL  take more time, only a few of you wanted dark green (That is on hand), these will be with an order with Jackalopes and the Jersey Devil from my other campaign (Cryptid). I'm still not given an price estimate, and its really frustrating how slow the other side has been though THEY ENTIRELY LOST MY PATTERN FILES :((( Its not a huge deal but it really pushed back the time on prototypes for all 3 to be shipped at once to save on shipping.

I'll be doing (1) solo event, but we will have this week and a bit of next week, to work on shipping I will be returning on the 22nd and we will be taking every available day to complete as much shipping as humanely possible between the 2 of us

Seriously I can't say this enough, Thank you.. Thank you so so much for your patience this is unacceptable from our side and hope for smaller campaigns to speed things up in the future

I will NOT be able to get a Free remake for these so I'll have to unfortunately pay out of pocket.. I'll be trying to sell the smaller ones at shows at a discount to make back the costs.


I'll have to attempt to get all the items together since the whole office is being re-done during our 6 week convention marathon, but I'll try my best to start fulfillment if possible. Keyword "If" since there is not much time between events until the events are over (late Sept) we are going to be completely busy. 

I apologies for the delay but wanted to be transparent about things, The Glorp remake is also till in "talking/sample" stages for new colors but also is along with the Jackalope & Jersey Devil from my Cryptid campaign
